Banana Split Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 small pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
4 medium sliced bananas
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, softened
Preparation

Combine butter and graham crumbs.
Pat in bottom of 13 x 9-inch dish.
Combine pineapple, sugar and flour.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Remove and cool completely.
Prepare pudding using directions on box.
Layer bananas on graham crust, then pudding, then pineapple mixture, coconut and pecans.
Cover top with softened Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Chill until ready to serve.
Contains 18 grams fat.
