Crabmeat And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. imitation crabmeat
4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked brown and wild rice or substitute 2 c. cooked white rice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. hot sauce
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasonings
1/2 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. wine mustard
paprika
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients (except paprika and Parmesan cheese) together.
Put in a 2-quart casserole dish which has been sprayed with a nonstick coating spray.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
