"Crock-Pot Baked Chicken" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole 2 to 3 lb. chicken or \"Pick of the Chick\"
    salt and pepper
    herbs (any that you may like)
    lemon juice
    olive oil
Preparation
    Wash chicken thoroughly; rub down with olive oil, salt and pepper. If you like herbs, sprinkle some on here. Spritz the chicken with lemon juice (as much or as little as you like). Dump it in the crock-pot. Cook on low all day or on high 5 to 6 hours.
