Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook zucchini about 5 minutes.
    Combine soup, sour cream, onions and carrots.
    Fold in with drained zucchini.
    Put in 1 large or 2 small casseroles.
    Mix stuffing mix with margarine and spread over top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
