Potato Flake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 egg
1 full c. instant potato flakes
1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
1 pkg. Martha White biscuit mix
3/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and spoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
