Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots peeled and grated
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 6.
