Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut hot potatoes in half.
    Scoop out insides and reserve shells.
    With electric mixer, beat potatoes and butter until creamy.
    Gradually beat in milk; stir in onion, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into reserved shells.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
