Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
4 carrots
2 chili peppers or to taste
3 qt. water for blanching
1 bunch broccoli
1 Chinese white radish, skin removed (about 1 lb.)
2 c. sugar or sugar substitute
1 tsp. salt
2 c. white vinegar
1 c. water
Preparation

Cut vegetables into bite size.
Bring water to a boil.
Add vegetables and immediately turn off heat.
Let vegetables stay in water for 2 minutes.
Drain and spread vegetables to dry.
When cool pack randomly in glass jar.
