Baked Salmon Steaks(2 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 to 6 oz.) fresh salmon steaks
    1 to 2 tsp. snipped fresh dill
    1/3 c. half and half
    approximately 1/4 c. milk
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Wash salmon steaks and pat dry.
    Place in shallow baking dish just large enough to hold the steaks.
    Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
    Pour in half and half and enough milk to bring liquid halfway up salmon.
    Sprinkle with fresh dill.
