Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated (use whites for topping)
4 Tbsp. cocoa
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. plain flour
1/4 stick margarine
2 baked pie crusts
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa.
Heat milk and eggs together, which have been well mixed.
When milk is almost ready to boil, add the dry ingredients and stir until thick as you want.
Remove from heat.
Add margarine and vanilla.
Let cool.
Put in baked pie crust.
Take egg whites and sugar; beat for top of pie.
Makes two pies.
