Apple Noodles(Can Be Used As A Vegetarian Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. egg noodles
    1/4 c. butter
    4 cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    salt to taste
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water following package directions; drain.
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add half the noodles, then the apples.
    Sprinkle with sugar, salt and cinnamon. Cover with remaining noodles.
    Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Remove cover and cook until apples are tender and noodles browned.
