Gammy'S Italian Cookies, Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Crisco or lard
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    4 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream the Crisco or the lard (whichever one you are using), sugar and the butter.
    Add eggs, one at a time, flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla and salt.
    Dough will be sticky. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
