Mama'S Potatoes And Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. sweet milk
3 c. raw potatoes, sliced thin
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 thickly cut lean pork chops
Preparation

To make sauce, melt butter, then stir in flour until blended. Add milk and salt; cook over low heat until smooth.
Grease baking dish.
Add layers of potatoes and sauce.
Arrange pork chops on top.
(If potatoes are not covered, a little milk may be added.)
Do not cover chops with sauce.
Bake about 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
