Broccoli And Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped, cooked and drained broccoli
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. bacon bits
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Brush pie crust with some of the beaten eggs.
    Prick with fork.
    Bake 12 minutes.
    Combine eggs and other ingredients.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until center is firm.
