Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. squash
1 small onion
1 small can pimentos
1 egg
1 c. grated cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until tender. Add milk, beaten eggs, cheese, butter, salt and pimento.
Pour in greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
