No Fat Traditional Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. granulated sugar
4 egg whites or Egg Beaters
1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped fruit as desired (dried apricots, raisins, dates or prunes)
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Blend oil, sugars and eggs.
Add vanilla.
Add sifted ingredients, then oatmeal, nuts and fruit of your choice.
Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto Pam sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 8 minutes.
Do not overbake, as they won't brown much when done.
(I add 2 tablespoons powdered milk to dry ingredients if I want them to brown a little.)
Cool on rack; store in tight container.
