Yeast Breads - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    4 tsp. yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 1/2 c. dry milk or Coffee Mate
Preparation
    Mix water, yeast and sugar together and let sit in mixing bowl.
    Add top mixture and beat.
    Stir in rest of flour.
    Let rise in bowl until double.
    Punch down; knead.
    Make into loaves or rolls.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 22 minutes.
    It will be golden brown.
    Remove from oven; brush with oleo.
