Bacon Quiche Biscuit Cup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
    5 slices crisp, crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 10 muffin cups.
    In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, milk and eggs on low speed until smooth.
    Stir in Swiss cheese and onions.
    Set aside.
    Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
    Place in greased muffin cups.
    Firmly press into bottom. Place half of the bacon into muffin cups.
    Spoon about 2 tablespoons of egg mixture over bacon in cups.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 21 to 26 minutes.
