Salmon Steaks(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 salmon steaks (1/2 to 1-inch thick)
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a shallow bowl, combine egg, milk, lemon juice and salt; beat well. Dip each steak in mixture and then in cornflake crumbs. Put butter in a microwave-safe dish; cook on power 9 for 1 1/2 minutes, until butter is melted. Arrange steaks in the dish; cover with plastic wrap. Cook on power 9 for 5 to 7 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Let stand for a few minutes; internal heat will complete cooking. You don't want to overcook or the meat will be tough.
