Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    4 to 6 Tbsp. flour
    little salt, pepper and nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    3 well beaten eggs
    white bread, cubed
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and mash in large bowl.
    Add flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, bread crumbs and eggs.
    Cube white bread and saute in butter.
    Put 2 to 3 cubes in center of each potato dumpling and round them (flour hands to form dumplings).
    Drop dumplings into salted, boiling water.
    Boil gently 5 minutes.
    When they rise to top, they are finished.
    If potatoes are too moist, add a little flour when forming balls.
