Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked
1 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mash potatoes; set aside.
In large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt.
With pastry cutter, cut in margarine.
Stir in potatoes, then milk, blending lightly with fork.
Spoon into 24 mounds on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
