Cocktail Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or liquid smoke
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    cocktail rye bread or crackers
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except nuts, parsley and bread or crackers.
    Shape into log.
    Mix nuts and parsley together; sprinkle onto board.
    Roll log in mixture to cover.
    Chill well. Serve with cocktail bread or crackers.
