Beef Pot Roast In A Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1 roast, round, sirloin or rump
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    5 or 6 small diced potatoes
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and meat tenderize the roast.
    Cut slices in roast and put garlic in the holes.
    Roll in flour.
    Brown in oil at high heat.
    When brown, pour excess oil off.
    Add enough water to cover.
    Turn heat to low and simmer for 3 1/2 or 4 hours.
    Add onions and potatoes.
    Cook until done.
