Heaven Delight Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Put in double boiler the egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar and lemon juice.
Cook until thick; set aside and cool.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add 1/4 cup sugar, beat well.
Add half egg white mixture to first mixture; mix well.
Pour into baked pie shell. Top with remainder of egg white mixture; put in oven and brown as desired.
