Three Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans or chick peas, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can green hot chilies, drained
    3 1/2 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    salsa or Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    This casserole requires only 15 minutes preparation time.
    A great dish for those busy Moms and Dads.
