Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 c. mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    12 oz. your favorite tomato stock
Preparation
    Combine the egg, bread crumbs, meat and spices.
    Split meat mixture in half.
    Spread evenly in the bottom of a standard bread pan.
    Layer mushrooms, onion, green peppers and cheese in the bread pan.
    Add the remaining meat and tomato topping.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
    Voila!
