Smoked Sausage And Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. bottled minced garlic
1 tsp. margarine
6 c. water
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
2 medium potatoes, chopped
8 oz. fully cooked smoked turkey sausage, sliced
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 c. preshredded cole slaw mix
1/4 c. catsup
3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

In large pot, cook the onion and garlic in margarine until tender.
Add the water, potatoes, sausage, beans and bouillon. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Add cole slaw, catsup and vinegar.
Simmer 10 more minutes.
Quick and delicious.
