Mexican Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. tortillas
    cheese, grated
    onions, minced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    In skillet, brown meat.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add soups and sauce to meat and mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
    Line baking dish with tortillas and meat mixture.
    Top off with grated cheese and onions.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Can be made ahead and frozen.
