Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    17 oz. can whole, kernel corn, drained
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Saute
    onion
    in
    melted butter until slightly browned. Stir in flour and seasoning.
    Remove from heat; gradually stir in milk.
    Return
    to
    heat;
    boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove
    from
    heat\tand
    stir
    in corn and egg; pour mixture
    into a\tgreased
    1-quart baking dish.
    Combine 1 cup cracker
    crumbs and
    5 tablespoons melted margarine; sprinkle over casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
