1 small onion
1 yellow squash
1 zucchini
2 c. fresh cauliflower (flowerets)
Preparation

Cut vegetables in 1/4-inch slices except cauliflower (break in small pieces). In large bowl, pour over 2 to 3 tablespoons of low-fat Italian dressing until all vegetables are coated well.
