Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. baking cocoa
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. softened butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Set aside.
    Beat together butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Stir in vanilla, orange peel and zucchini.
    Alternately stir in dry ingredients and milk to zucchini mixture.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Glaze with 2 cups powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
