Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice (uncooked)
    2 cans mushroom soup
    3 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sage
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/4 lb. sausage
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute sausage, celery, onion and rice.
    Add mushroom soup and 3 cans of water. Put on low heat for one hour on top of stove.
    Stir often to keep from sticking.
    Serves approximately 12 people.
