Punch Bowl Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix, baked and crumbled
2 large pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large tub whipping cream
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 c. toasted coconut
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Bake cake, cool and crumble.
Start layering in punch bowl with 1/2 cake first, then 1/2 pudding, 1/2 pineapple, 1/2 cup whipping cream, 1/2 nuts and 1/2 coconut.
Add all pie filling. Continue remaining ingredients in the same order, ending with whipped cream, nuts and coconut.
Serves 20.
You may substitute vanilla or any other flavor instant pudding if desired.
