Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1 can tomato soup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into 2-quart casserole.
    Add onion; microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes.
    Break up meat and drain. Microwave vegetables in package on High 2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until defrosted.
    Stir soup, sauce, salt, basil and pepper into ground beef.
    Spread evenly in casserole.
    Sprinkle meat with mixed vegetables.
    Mound potatoes over vegetables.
    Microwave 5 to 7 minutes, until done.
    Top with cheese.
    Microwave 2 to 3 1/2 minutes.
