Potatoes And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. potatoes
    1 lb. pkg. smoked sausage
    8 oz. block cheese, shredded
    1 small onion
    1/2 to 1 c. milk (depends on amount of potatoes)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Rinse and drain.
    Cut up sausage and shred cheese.
    Dice onion.
    Pour milk in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan (enough to cover ingredients).
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Serve as is or with a vegetable.
