Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 peaches, peeled and sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    5 slices bread
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place fruit in a buttered 8 x 8-inch dish.
    Cut crust of bread and cut each piece into 5 fingers. Place bread fingers over fruit.
    In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg and butter; pour over fruit and bread.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes until brown.
