Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh salmon or 2 cans salmon
1 1/2 c. crumbled soda crackers
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. fine chopped green pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. margarine
2 raw eggs
1 tsp. sage
Preparation
-
If using fresh salmon, skin and halve salmon.
Cook in boiling water, about 12 to 15 minutes or until meat comes away from the bone.
Remove and cool.
Remove bones and flake.
