Italian Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. rice
    1 onion
    3/4 c. celery
    3/4 c. bell pepper
    1 can tomatoes, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion, celery and bell pepper; drain. Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 30 minutes covered.
