Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen egg noodles, cooked 20 minutes, uncovered
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
2 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. turkey, cooked and cubed
1 1/2 c. mixed frozen peas and carrots, thawed
2 Tbsp. pimentos
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
Preparation

Cook noodles and set aside.
Combine soup, milk, water and cheese in saucepan. Cook until cheese is melted. Stir in turkey, noodles and pimentos.
Put this in baking dish.
Sprinkle crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
