Fried Mozzarella Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white bread (no crust)
8 slices Mozzarella cheese
3 large eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Make 8 sandwiches with bread and cheese; slice diagonally to form 16 triangles.
In shallow dish, beat eggs and salt with fork. Dip all sides in mixture to coat, letting excess drop off.
Heat oil and butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Cook sandwiches 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese starts to melt.
Drain on paper towels.
Serves as side dish with chili.
