Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Butter
    1 c. Packed Brown Sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can Sliced Pineapple, drain and save
    1 (6 oz.) jar Maraschino Cherries, drained
    1 pkg. Betty Croker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix
    Eggs
    Oil
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter in 13 x 9 pan in oven. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over butter.
    Arrange pineapple slices and cherries over top, press gently.
    Add enough water to pineapple juice to measure 1 1/4 cups.
    Make cake batter as directed on package, except use pineapple juice mixture instead of water.
    Pour batter over pineapple and cherries.
    Bake 42-47 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    After cooked, immediately turn pan upside down on a heatproof serving plate.
    Serve warm or cool.
