Potato Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter (no substitutes)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Beat butter for 30 seconds.
    Add sugar and vanilla; beat until combined.
    Beat in egg.
    Stir in flour and 1 cup of potato chips; cover and chill dough for 2 or 3 hours.
    Shape dough into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Roll balls in remaining crushed potato chips. Place balls 1-inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten until about 1/4-inch thick.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Transfer onto foil to cool.
    Makes about 20.
