Graham Cracker Refrigerator Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. shredded coconut
    whole graham crackers
Preparation
    Cook sugar, margarine, egg and milk until thickened.
    Add graham cracker crumbs, pecans and coconut to the cooked mixture. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers. Pour the cooked mixture over the crackers.
    Top with another layer of crackers and frost while still warm.
