Crab Or Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 grated onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope gelatin, dissolved in 1/8 c. cold water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 cans crabmeat or shrimp (1/2 lb. fresh)
Preparation

In top of double boiler, heat soup.
Stir in cheese and softened gelatin.
Stir frequently.
When ingredients are well blended, add other ingredients, mixing together.
Pour into greased mold.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Serve with your favorite cracker or melba toast.
