Pioneer Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. honey (I use sugar)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Beat egg in bowl and add milk.
    Melt margarine in iron skillet or baking pan.
    Combine dry ingredients and sift together.
    Add dry ingredients to egg-milk mixture and mix well.
    Add margarine and mix well.
    Add honey or sugar, as desired. Bake 15 minutes or until almost done.
    If done enough after 15 minutes, turn over in pan and finish baking and browning the top. (All ovens differ, so baking time may differ.)
    Eat and enjoy.
