Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow or white cake mix
    4 to 5 c. rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. whipping cream (can use half and half)
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix as directed on package and pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix together the rhubarb and sugar and spread on top of cake mix.
    Pour whipping cream over the top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    May serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
