Moss Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated very sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. Bleu cheese
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 c. (approximately) finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    Crumble Bleu cheese and add to grated Cheddar.
    Add cream cheese and seasonings.
    Form into a ball.
    Roll in parsley and chill well before serving with crackers.
