Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. plain flour
    pinch of salt
    3 fluid oz. water
    1 oz. cooking fat
    2 medium-size eggs
    3 fluid oz. milk
Preparation
    Sift the flour and salt into a basin.
    Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into it.
    With a wooden spoon gradually beat the egg and flour together, drawing the flour from the sides. Add some of the water if the mixture becomes too thick, beat until smooth, then stir the remainder of the water and then the milk into the mixture.
    Alternatively, mix the ingredients, following the same sequence, in a food processor.
