Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine or butter if you're reckless
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained (reserve juice)
1/2 to 3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 yellow, vanilla or lemon cake mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Divide margarine and melt in two 9-inch cake pans.
Divide pineapple between the two pans, spreading with the back of a tablespoon.
Sprinkle half of the sugar in each pan, covering the pineapple.
Dot with additional margarine and set aside.
