Beef And Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Add seasonings and tomato sauce.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    In Pyrex casserole, alternate layer of noodles, meat mixture and sour cream.
    Repeat layers and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Can be made ahead of time.
    Serve with salad and bread.
    Your meal is complete.
